YOUTH PARKOUR
Parkour, for those who do not know, is a sport of moving rapidly through an area, negotiating obstacles by running, jumping, and climbing. Challenge Rocks is a fun and safe place for any beginner to learn the basics of Parkour, moving into more advanced movements as students progress. All Parkour classes are designed to move at the pace of each individual athlete.
When enrolled in a Parkour Class, your child receives membership benefits to Challenge Rocks too!

Littlest Parkour
Ages 4-5
1 Hour

This class is designed for our youngest Parkour Athletes. Children will be challenged on our fun obstacles courses. Everyone will be taught proper safety techniques. Kids will learn how to safely fall and roll, jump over obstacles, and perform many other tricks.
This class is offered Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday
Teen Parkour
Ages 13+
1.5 HOUR

Our teen Parkour classes are designed to move at the pace of each individual athlete. These classes will help you get more coordinated, gain strength and confidence. It is also a fun way to stay active! Participants will learn how to jump over obstacles, safely roll, traverse perform bar work, wall tricks and more.

Parkour 1
Ages 6-8

This class is for those who are looking to learn all of the basics of Parkour, no prior experience necessary. Children will be taught proper safety techniques as they learn how to become a successful Parkour Athlete. Participants will learn how to jump over obstacles, safely roll, traverse and more.
This class is offered on Tuesday, Thursday and Sturday
Parkour 2
Ages 9-12
